		Chef Provençal gives the under-appreciated pink drink its due with an al fresco wine dinner in the waterfront gardens. Guests can enjoy three inspired courses from elegant patio tables overlooking Fort Point Channel or - if they're feeling particularly festive, they can opt to dine on complimentary fleece blankets for a true pique-nique. Guests will even be treated to some special rosé inspired takeaways courtesy of the health club and spa. The evening, which costs $50, begins at 6:30pm. Seating is limited so call ahead if you'd like to ensure yourself a place amongst the roses.
